Mechanical Licensing
If you wish to manufacture and sell a record which will contain a
Bug/Windswept owned and/or administered composition without substantial
changes to the music and/ or lyrics, you will need a mechanical license.
Sample Clearance
Sampling refers to using any part of any existing song, whether
it’s replayed or resung, in your new song. If you would like
to sample a Bug/Windswept owned and/or administered song you will need
permission from us before you proceed.
Synchronization Licensing
A synchronization license refers to the right to use music which
is timed to synchronize with, or relate to, an action on the screen.
